The Microneedling treatment can be tailored to your needs. During your consulation your expectations will be taken into account and your treatment plan will be decided. Some of the factors that will be discussed will be the depth of microneedling treatment, Serums to be used at the time of microneedling treatment and any take home treatments

It is important to note that this is not a one-off treatment and you will require to complete a course of treatments.

Depth of Microneedling Treatment

Mild – If you are looking to refresh skin this treatment will be beneficial to you. The mild microneedling treatment will be used at a 0.5mm – 1mm Depth, and can cause mild bruising and redness after the treatment. 

Medium –  Works well for treating mild scarring from strech marks to acne scarring. Microneedling will be done at a 1.5mm depth. You can expect more bruisng, redness and swelling than if you had mild microneedling. 

Deep – Used to treat deeper scarring at a depth of 2.5mm, and will cause bruising and swelling

Enhancing your Treatment

To enhance your microneedling treatment you can opt for the addition of serums. Serum wok very well to enhance your skin and give it that extra glow. We have a number of serums available to suit your needs. You can choose to have the serum applied only at the time of your treatment or you can even choose to take a bottle of serum with you can continue to enrich your skin.
