The Role of the Care Quality Commission
Perfect Image Consultants Ltd is Care Quality Commission registered. The CQC is an independent regulatory body for health and social care in England, which ensures that all healthcare establishments are registered under the Care Standards Act (2000) and are compliant with the Health and Social Care Act 2008. The establishment has a complaints policy in place, should you be unhappy with any aspect of our service. The Commission undertakes regular inspections of the practice, following which a full report of their findings is published. A client satisfaction survey will be carried out annually to detect any areas where we may need to improve the quality of the service we provide.
