"Saturday 7^th of February I had my procedure with Dr silva and his team. What can I say amazing!!!. From start to finish I felt completely at ease and comfortable. At my consultation I managed to completely go the wrong way about getting there sitting on the line for god knows how long making me extremely late to my appointment!. I phoned to let them know and were very understanding and also helped give me clear directions as to getting there from the station! They answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel completely confident in the surgery I was considering!!. Dr silva was then kind enough to assist me in getting back to the appropriate station getting back into central London himself so I was not making the inappropriately long journey back!.

After being booked in I am a bit of a how should I say "faffer" regularly phoning up with questions and queries Nisha was amazing!. So patient and helpful consistently! Always more than polite and helpful!.

My day of surgery I had a very long consultation with Dr Silva who is always I'm the best of moods and smiling making the fact of having a big operation feel much more light hearted and less scary!. we were then also joined by Aura who assisted in my operation. I have a terrible needle phobia and by the time drawings had been done and I was gowned up panic did set in slightly along with tears!. Aura was incredible!. Such a lovely lady she held my hand and talked to me the whole time Nisha also was great support and I had the confidence I needed in Dr Silva to make the whole thing come together!.

Aside from their amazing team making me at complete ease and looking after me throughout my whole operation (so much so I got a little over happy on sedation and we managed a group picture during!!) they did an absolutely fantastic job!.

I'm swollen and very bruised but if I'm this much smaller now after 3 days I can only imagine in 3 months!!!. Dr Silva was ridiculously thorough and did an amazing job with his brilliant team!. After the op everything felt very relaxed I was still pretty dazed but we managed to sit down and have a cup of tea (and laugh about some of my inappropriate erratic remarks whilst under sedation!!) and I left feeling over the moon.

Dr silva phoned me the day before my surgery, the morning after and the morning after that. Just to see how I am how I'm feeling and if I had any concerns!.

I couldn't rate them enough. All such wonderful people and have a real passion for their work and do it incredibly!!.

"I have been reading and keeping a breast of comments on this forum for quite some time and decided to take the plunge. I wanted to wait long enough to notice the expectant results before deciding to put my comments on this forum.

3 months ago I had a procedure at Perfect Image Consultants and am most pleased with the results. The whole team at the clinic are quite unique and have been most helpful with all my after care concerns and queries.

I feel I must mention that the care and attention given are second to none, not only that but immaculate attention was paid to exactly the areas that concerned me and the doctor assessed how much work needed to be done. The procedure was done under sedation which was exactly what I was looking for. These procedures can never be pleasant and being of quite a nervous disposition, I felt this was the best option. After having done some research this was the only clinic I came across to offer sedation for this . I am so pleased. All I can say is that I now have lovely female contours and makes me feel so sexy!

I was at the clinic for 5 hours in all and must say; what would have been a very anxious and nerve raking experience the whole team made it all quite pleasant indeed.

I would certainly not hesitate in recommending this clinic to anyone"

"I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about the procedure I had with Dr Silva at the Perfect Image Consultants in Ruislip.

I had the procedure on my upper, middle and lower abdominal and bingo wings!!!! I am 48 and was not expecting any miracles but heck the following day I was shocked at the amazing results even at such an early stage.

From the first consultation in December to the day of the operation I was in regular contact and all my concerns and questions (no matter how small) was answered.

The day of the operation came and I was late arriving because of the terrible storms-luckily nobody was upset or annoyed and they were totally understanding. I was a bit nervous but we was soon laughing and joking all through the procedure. I appreciated the care they took with me while the procedure took place-always checking I was ok both physically and mentally too. The procedure took from 10.45 and finished at about 5pm....a long day for Dr Silva and his team but they still were fresh, sweet and lovely!!

I felt a little discomfort at time but this quickly subsided with a little more sedation.

It was so nice after to relax with the chance of food and tea, I was not hungry but Dr Silva insisted I try a little and drink water at the very least. I was taken to a beautiful hotel where Dr Silva and Aura took care of my dressing and cleaned me up and got me into bed. Aura stayed for a long while and looked after me so well....I cannot thank her enough.

I set my alarm to wake me each 4 hours to take some pain killers and believe or not I really did need the alarm because I slept so well. Dr Silva called me early morning to ask how I had slept and to arrange the time to meet at the clinic. I stripped off in the lovely bathroom because I was so excited to see how it all was looking and honestly I was thrilled already...I had a good wash (a little tender but not painful and dressed.

After a hearty breakfast (I was starving!!!) i walked to the clinic because I felt so well. I was at the clinic for more than 2 hours, talking things through, getting cleaned again, checking all had gone to plan, taking photographs etc. Dr Silva was very pleased with the results.

I had a call from Dr Silva last night to check i got home ok and was feeling well....I cannot think that any other doctor or clinic would be this caring.

Dr Silva and his very special team of Aura and Nisha were AMAZING!!! I cannot thank all 3 of them enough for everything, the care and attention I was given went above and beyond expectations THANK YOU!!!"

"Never did I expect such exceptional service when visiting the clinic. Having had a few few procedures prior to my liposucton with Perfect Image Consultants I was expecting my self to be another one on the assembly line as it has been the case in many other clinics. Since the initial consultation I felt at such ease with the fantastic team of Dr Silva, Aura and Nisha, they were very attentive to my problems and seeing my needs were met with the best possible care. "Hi,I just wanted to let you know about a clinic/surgeon that I didn't find many reviews on before when I was researching.

Yesterday I had bodytite done to my inner thighs and knees by Dr Prashant Murugkar at the Perfect Image Consultants clinic in Ruislip London. I have nothing but great things to say about the clinic and the staff. Everyone has been so helpful and supportive, I had 2 people spending over an hour with me on both my pre-op consultations. They also gave me the choice of having a light sedation, which was great for me as I have a fear of needles and was quite nervous in general. During my procedure I had apart from Dr Murugkar, also an anesthetist and 3(!) nurses taking care of me. I think they took out about 1.5 litres and it took about 3.5 hours, so I think the surgeon was very thorough. Medicine and control garment was all included in the price (I had a special offer, but I didn't feel at all that I was taken care of any less because of it).

So now I just have to wait and see what the result will be like. I can see an improvement already, but I am obviously still quite swollen. I am not very bruised, but this morning it did hurt a bit more than I was expecting from reading other reviews. The medicine helped right away, but I still wouldn't be able to go back to work today or tomorrow. I am hoping to be able to go to work on my 3 day post op if it continues to improve like it has today.

I am so happy that I did go ahead with the Bodytite, and that I chose the clinic that I did. I can't recommend them highly enough. Bring on bikini season 2012!
