BSmartlipo and Bodytite is an elective procedure which would only be deemed suitble if the likelyhood of developing complications are low. Patients with the following underlying health conditions may be deemed unsuitable:

• Chronic systemic illnesses, e.g. diabetes, hypertension.
• Illness in the area of treatment, e.g. Abdomen: Crohn's disease, ulcerative collitis, hernia, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Kyphosis, Scoliosis.
• Increased tendency to develop keloids.
• Blood clotting disorders.
• Pregnancy/ breastfeeding women.
• Allergy to local anasthetics, sensitivity to adrenaline.
• Unable to lie flat for 2 hours.
• Metal or Silicone implant in area of treatment.

Please note that people who do have health issues need not be excluded but special precautions may be required. All aspects of the procedure and your health will be discussed during your initial private consultation.
